The Power of God’s Forgiveness

Scriptures are from the Living Bible:

Isaiah 43:12 Whenever you have thrown away your idols, I have shown you my power. With one word I have saved you. You have seen me do it; you are my witnesses that this is true. From eternity to eternity I am God. No on can oppose what I do.

Matthew 6:14 Your heavenly Father will forgive you if you forgive those who sin against you; but if you refuse to forgive them, he will not forgive you.

Matthew 18:21-22 Then Peter came to him and asked, “Sir how often should I forgive a brother who sins against me? Seven times?

“No”, Jesus replied, “seventy times seven!

Mark 11:25 But when you are praying, first forgive anyone you are holding a grudge against, so that your Father in haven will forgive you your sins too.”

Luke 6:37 Never criticize or condemn–or it will all come back on you. GO easy on others; then they will do the same for you.

Forgiveness is a daily issue in our lives. This is a practical principle we all deal with as we encounter life…To forgive and by the grace of God we are also forgiven.

Prophecy Being Fulfilled By the Speed of Our Lives and the Increase in Knowledge

You can trace Prophecy in the Bible and see how prophetic it truly is. It is quite amazing when you actually spend the time deciphering and putting together this plan that God has and see how it is being unfolded just as it is told in the bible.

There are very definitive predictions of when the end times will occur and what will be going on when the time is here.

As I have stated on this website many times, I believe we are in those times. I am not saying the world will end today or telling you to pack your house full of supplies, because quite frankly none of that is going to make a difference when the time comes.

Just take a look at the situation in the Gulf with the oil crisis. How do you prepare for that? If your livelihood is fishing, what can you do? Nothing!

Bible Prophecy and Endtimes Thoughts

There are 2 life forces present that are pulling on you and your life. On Countless occasions in my own life as well as many discussions with others, there seems to constantly be 2 voices within our bodies that are at war with each other. One wants to destroy you…the other wants to give you life.

In my reading this morning, I was studying bible prophecy and one man’s interpretation of it. It is interesting to note that very few churches I have attended ever mention prophecy or try to explain it. It is a subject matter that most pastors just stay away from for either a lack of understanding or a fear of mis-interpreting the word and driving members out of the church.

I suppose there is nearly no one that would refuse, if perhaps it had been put to him, the fact that the greatest attainable accomplishment a person can certainly make in this world is without a doubt likeness to The Lord Jesus Christ.

Definitely nobody would deny that there is only reputation that individuals can conduct out of life with us, thinking that each of our possibility of good in virtually any long term future reality will surely vary with the resemblance of our identity compared to that connected with Jesus Christ.

We all confess this; but virtually each one of us bargains to him or her self some apology because of not being similar to Jesus, and also has hardly any kind of apparent truthfulness of intent to become comparable to Him. The key reason why, all of us say to our self, or all of us say in this approach, it really is not possible in a planet like ours is, to become perfectly holy.
